Cora and Olivia exchanged a glance. "Well, Delia, dear... There's something you need to know about my ship," she started condolingly. "It's not really.... my ship. It's my friend, Elle's. She's not much of a, well, people person. And, what with him-" she indicated Locke with a tilt of her head "- jumping on at the last second, I'm pretty sure Elle will consider the Free Spirit full..." But Olivia obediently followed her daughter into the forest and back out again.
When they got to the beach, Olivia called up to where the Spirit was seated in the sandbar. "Oi, Elle!"
Elle poked her head over the railing. "Back so soon? Oh, no..." she groaned, seeing Cora, Delia, Whisper and Locke. "I was hoping you had convinced them to stay on the island."
Olivia was not phased by her friend and Capitan's joke. "We need passage for these good travelers. Seeing as you are the only ship here for hire-"
"I AM NOT FOR HIRE!!!" Elle shouted.
Olivia continued on unheedingly. "- I see that we will have to grant them passage. Besides, I'm pretty much captain," she gloated, just to see what Elle would do.
"My ship, that makes me captain!" Elle pouted in a childish way. Cora, giggling, looked over at her friend and found her deep in thought. "Besides, if they want to use my ship, they need to pay!"
"What do you want?"
Elle pointed to Cora. "I can see that they have no money on them. But if they can pay me back later, I'll take her dagger as collateral."
"NO!!"
"Done deal," Olivia offered immeadiately. "Welcome to the Free Spirit, everyone!"
When they had all climbed abord, Elle asked, "Where to?"
"Tortuga." They all said. Well, all but Locke.
Ell groaned, but set off anyways.
