When Delia covered her ears she heard nothing. She watched as the cell door opened easily and widened her eyes. Usually her grandad always had something going on. She shook her head and waved her hand to Whisper to follow. When they were out of the cell, Delia grabbed Cora and moved her over to a shadowy place. "Cora," she whispered. "Davy Jones might come looking for me saying to control the storm." she gasped as Whisper tripped over a board. She grabbed him and stuffed him into her torn dress.

Cora froze, making sure no one heard the noise. When she was sure the coast was clear, she whispered back to Delia, "If your grandpappy is coming, hadn't we better get out of here soon?" She started up te stairs that led to the main deck.

Delia agreed and followed her friend up to the deck. She heard a few noises and the familiar words of threats that came from her granddad, came rining into her head again. She thought about out it and then she whispered it aloud. "Part of the crew, part of the ship. Part of the crew, part of the ship." she kept saying that over and over again as the sadness of how long she waited in the cellar clung to her, making her eyes water. "Part of the crew, part of the ship."

Cora led the way along the railing until they were at the bow of the ship. She motioned silently at Delia to climb over the railing and onto the figurehead. As she herself climbed over, she heard and outraged yelling from back across the ship. "Hurry!" she cried, helping Delia over the railing with Whisper. "What do we do now?"

Delia jumped over the railing with Whisper. She gasped as she heard the crew, pounding towards them. As Cora asked what to do, Delia gulped and then her purple eyes widened. "Jump off of the ship!" she said as she pulled Cora and dropped Whisper to the floor as she watched him follow her. "Come on!" she said, pulling Cora toward the side of the ship deck. She looked at the waves that she had created before and she moved her eyes back and forth quickly, that the waves themself grew harder and pounded against the boat, creating a horrible eerie noise. They were worser than before and Delia knew it would be a horrible moment if Davy Jones shot his boat under water.

Cora screamed at the ferocity of the waves. she love electricity, but hated water. "This is suicide!!" she screamed.
Deftly, she tensed her muscles and willed her legs to jump. Inside, she knew death awaited her. If she stayed, the crew would kill her. If she jumped... well, she didn't quite trust Delia's power over the waves.
Closer, closer. The pounding of the crew's feet against the deck reminded her of thunder that followed the lightning she could bring. This was strangely comforting. Enough to get Cora to open her eyes. Seh looked into the churning water, praying that she could just do it and be done.
Then, a face looked up from the water. The face of a young girl. Her blue, almost white hair framed her face just so that she looked almost like an animal. "Emma," she gasped quietly, and tipped over the side...

Delia watched as Cora fell off the boat, she signaled silently with her hand for Whisper to follow. He jumped off and floated down to Cora and into the water. Delia turned her head to watch Davy Jones come out of his crew and look at her hatefully. She grabbed her neclace and pulled it to her heart. "Sorry, grandfather." she whispered, hoping that the breeze would carry it to him. She saw sadness in his eyes as she tipped over backwards, off of the ship and she caught one last look at him, feeling the sadness off of him. She closed her eyes and felt the water, guldge around her face as she fell into the deep ocean. Stay. she thought quietly as she vanished beneath the water's edge, feeling the waves crush her. She opened her deep purple eyes and looked at Cora and Whisper. They were swimming under water, Cora holding onto Whisper's back. She smiled and knew that she had to help them. They had to get away from the Dutchman. For once in her life, she knew she was holding onto something precious, and she needed to keep that alive. She signaled with her hand for them to follow her. She breathed a sigh of relief and swam away from the ship.

Cora struggled in the water, but her mind was in the past. Why had Emma appeared to her? And in the middle of a raging sea? Had she imagined her old companion's face?
She felt Whisper slide under her arms, as she started to feel the effects of being so deep underwater. With a muffled splash, Delia landed in the water beside them. Cora looked at the older girl and smiled, despite the briny seawater. The were off the ship, and they were alive. That was a big relief fro Cora.
But they still had a long way to go. A very, very long way.
[and it's a wrap! Let's start a new thread, hmm? Myabe we can involve elle and Olivia!]

Delia blinked and smiled too. She waved her hands and then formed a bubble around all three companions and moved it gently under water. She knew what Cora was thinking. 'We have too far to go.' She knew that, but she also knew that they could make it.
[Sure, sure]
